Where do I park?

Free parking is available on site at Copperworks Distilling. There will also be a special rideshare drop-off and pickup location. Additional arrival details will be included in your Know-Before-You-Go email.

Can I bring children or pets?

Gather is a 21-and-older human event, so please leave both children and pets at home for the evening.

How will you accommodate my dietary needs?

Please tell us about dietary restrictions when you register. Every reasonable effort will be made to accommodate your request, and ingredient lists will be available upon request.

Will there be an auction?

No. Gather is intentionally designed as a long-table dinner, not a traditional gala.
There will not be an auction. Guests will have an opportunity to participate in a Raise-the-Paddle in support of the Kirkland Community Foundation.

Can I sit with my friends?

We will make every effort to seat you with other members of your party. Part of the intention of Gather is also to meet interesting people and create meaningful connections, so we hope you will take advantage of the opportunity to get to know some new people around the table.

What should I wear?

Come as you are. Gather is a weekday after-work event and the dress is Kirkland business casual. Think coffee-house meeting attire: comfortable and polished. You do not need to dress for a gala. We might suggest saving the pickleball clothes for another day.

What if I have mobility or accessibility needs?

Please share any mobility or accessibility needs when registering. We want Gather to be comfortable and welcoming and will work with you in advance to make appropriate arrangements.

Our community is not something we simply inherit. Each generation has an opportunity to strengthen it, care for it and leave something meaningful behind.

Kirkland Community Foundation has long served as the hub for successful projects inititated by members of our community, including the Save Our Salmon mural and the Waverly Beach Picnic Shelter.
