Jen Dean

Board Member

Jen Dean serves as CEO of the Mercer Island Chamber of Commerce and is the Founder of A&E Collective. She brings experience supporting leaders, building partnerships, and strengthening local business and community ecosystems. Jen is passionate about bringing people together around shared vision and meaningful community impact.

She believes deeply in serving where you live and supporting the organizations and people who contribute to Kirkland’s vibrant community. Jen and her husband have called Kirkland home for eight years after moving from the Midwest. She loves the city’s waterfront, downtown vibe, local coffee shops, and strong sense of connection.

Community Project Letter of Interest

Kirkland Community Foundation has long served as the hub for successful projects inititated by members of our community, including the Save Our Salmon mural and the Waverly Beach Picnic Shelter. Have an idea for a project? Please complete this form as an initial step in the process, and we'll be in touch!
